Classical vinification with destalked, crushed grapes using the latest fermentation control technologies and long maceration periods. Aged for 24 to 30 months in American oak casks with appropriately-timed rackings. Aged in the bottle for at least 12 months before being put on the market. Serve at between 16º and 18ºC. Unmistakable personality of Cenicero wines.
Intense cherry-red colour with a tawny rim. Clean, powerful aromas on the nose with a harmonious blend of ageing in oak and vinous notes. Wide structure in the mouth, tasty, with body. Polished, smooth tannins. Aromas extend retronasally, with a long, persistent finish. Well-developed and mature, it guarantees a long life in the bottle. Allergens: Contains sulfites
