At Bodegas Riojanas S.A., we want to ensure the total satisfaction of our customers; For this and adjusting to Articles 68 to 79 of Royal Decree 1/2007 of the Revised General Consumer Law, we provide them the right to exercise the withdrawal of purchase, with a simple call, fax or email any of the following services:

The procedure for exercising the withdrawal of purchase, requires:
- The notice any of the above means, within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of order.
- The return of the product in perfect condition in its original packaging.
- Return shipping paid by the customer and our facilities located in 1-21 Doctor Ricardo Ruiz AzcÁrraga, Cenicero (La Rioja), 26350, indicating the number of the original order.
- After checking that the return meets the above requirements, Bodegas Riojanas S.A. SA will hold the payment of 100% of the amount paid for the amount of the customer returned merchandise, in less than 5 business days.
- In the case of complete return of the order the total amount of freight shipping will be refunded.
- In the case of not meeting the above requirements, Bodegas Riojanas S.A., will contact the customer to clarify any doubts or detected incidence.
Returns for incidents or changes
If by mistake, Bodegas Riojanas S.A. send an product than the customer who purchased the (according to the order confirmation), Bodegas Riojanas S.A. will be responsible for handling the exchange it for the correct item, assuming the cost of the return and the new shipping.
To address this issue it should proceed:
- Communicate to any of the services mentioned in the previous point, the incidence detected.
- Based on this communication, Bodegas Riojanas S.A. coordinate with the customer the wrong product withdrawal and delivery of correct product.
- Postage costs arising from this incident will be fully assumed by Bodegas Riojanas S.A.
